Great guidance but ended abruptly
Loved it but would have preferred it to have ended less abruptly. The audio cuts off to nothing and a more gradual end would have had a nicer, more peaceful effect.

Why is he making this voice?
Is it a Halloween edition? So grotesque and creepy
Exhaaaaaaaleeeeeeee. Scary audio. And for bedtime? Nightmare inducing lol

not the full meditation, disorienting to have it cut off mid sentence , especially for a sleep session
