Welcome back to The YLF30 Podcast. If you’re new to the Your Level Fitness message or just getting reconnected, this episode is the perfect place to start. I’m diving into one of the most important parts of the inside/out process… how we view our bodies. You’ll hear why becoming your own body image and body standard is the foundation of real change and how shifting from judgment to acceptance can completely reframe your journey.

We’ll talk about why acceptance is just the beginning, how to build self-respect and appreciation from the ground up, and how daily actions like journaling, mirror work, and talking to yourself with kindness can change the way you feel about who you are. I’ll also walk you through why everyone’s body is different, even at the same height and weight, and how that truth helps you opt out of harmful comparison traps.

This is the start of a bigger conversation we’ll continue in future episodes. For now, know this… your body is not a problem to be fixed. It is a life to be lived in. And you get to decide what standard you hold yourself to.
