In the dating world, many factors play in to both who, and how we date. Self esteem, self image, our core values and interests, our own personal deal breakers, and both negotiable and non-negotiable qualities, each of these items influence to how we begin our own selection process. With the help of Olympic Speed Skater, Allison Baver and MTV's Girl Code Shalyah Evans, the two therapists will identify and differentiate between each of these topics, and share some of their own personal deal breakers, values, and how their self image plays a role in their dating lives.
