Ascension Awakening Symptoms E.5

Ascension can be confusing or maybe you're not aware that it is happening.  I trust that this podcast episode will help those who are unsure or maybe get confirmation.  Ascension can be different for many people but the process will be the same. Your body, mind and spirit will go through some healing, rebuilding to accommodate the higher frequency of light. The length of time it takes will vary per person.  My advice is not hold on, let go and trust in the process.  It is not an easy but you will emerge a happier loving person with purpose.
