  • In this second part of our 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 panel we have a comprehensive discussion on how organizations can move beyond basic inclusion to ensure women feel heard, valued, and supported within a community with purpose.

    We discuss the importance of leadership commitment, accountability, and effective ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) as tools for showcasing women's value in organizations.
