Aboriginal Title and Right to Land

Truth and Reconciliation Day is an opportunity to listen and learn. The Faculty of Native Studies at the University of Alberta has created an incredible 12-lesson course that explores the histories and contemporary perspectives of Indigenous peoples living in Canada. Today, we’re going to give you a snapshot of this course, and play some of the lessons here on the radio. Right now, we’re going to explore key concepts of case law associated with Aboriginal rights to land and resources.
