In my opinion, Byron's Katie's work and content is the best available resource to change your life for the better. This podcast has several examples of others doing the work and how to do the work.

So helpful in understanding how our minds lead us astray

Katie is so present and helpful, always. This particular story is extremely helpful, it demonstrates how we can blow small situations into dramas, causing ourselves pain. Katie’s questions and observations are so kind and so revealing of how our egos work, and helpful in untangling the snares we can build for ourselves.

As a worrying mother I could very well relate to the story (I have to go to the hospital). Thank You! What a relief to get perspective and see the falseness of my thoughts. Also to find space, love and peace underneath or behind... Loved this, You and Life! Thank You ❤
