Text me! Tell me something good!
I was diagnosed with ADHD as a young teenager, but somewhere along the way—especially after some frustrating (and frankly, infuriating) college experiences—I quietly walked away from the label and everything that came with it. I talk about how ADHD showed up in my life back then, why I started to question the diagnosis altogether, and how a recent podcast series called Climbing the Walls reconnected the dots for me in ways I didn’t expect.
This episode is a detour from our originally planned stories from Italy—but when something hits home like this, I have to share it in the moment. If you’ve ever wondered if your “weird brain” might actually be telling you something important, this one’s for you.
Take a listen and don't forget to use the link above to shoot me a text and let me know what you think. Looking forward to it!
