A Follicle Of Knowledge Episode 1 - Late to bed early to rise.

Stupidly we decided it was a great time to record our first official episode at 1 am in the morning whilst eagerly awaiting the results for the U19 ODI World Cup Game between West Indies and Srilanka, as we needed Srilanka to come away with a win so our Aussie team could make it through to the next part of the tournament. 
During this episode, we discuss our local performances and also delve back in time and talk about 2001/2002 U19 ODI World Cup. 

A few other topics come up in the episode like our current fitness journey as well as a brief discussion about the upcoming footy season and the Finals series for the BBL.
