    Welcome here! This podcast is created for anyone who struggled with, well, all the things quite frankly. Everything from substance abuse to mental health or addictive behaviors. Maybe physical illness such as cancer. Perhaps spirituality is a topic you would like to explore more of. Maybe you have questions but don't have the answers because it's downright scary to ask the questions. In this podcast, I will share my own experience, strength and hope through my own journey through all the things. We will have guests on as well from time to time to help me with this.
