Wearables like WHOOP, Oura Ring, even Apple Watch give us a slew of unique and interesting data about our bodies. But how accurate is that data and can we trust it? When do you draw the line between the data and the device telling you how you should feel and workout versus tuning into how your body feels and your intuition.
It begs the question: are we truly getting healthier with all this data or is it just making us more stressed, obsessed, and disconnected.
