30. Should You Put Money Down, Save, or Invest?

Sometimes, big purchases come in waves. Recently, my husband and I got hit with a triple threat: we needed a new air conditioner, we needed to purchase a van for our soon-to-be family of five, and we needed to do a few outside renovations on our house before the city fines us. 

But one of the things we struggled with was deciding whether to pay cash for these purchases, wait on one or two of them, or finance what we couldn’t afford right now. In this episode, I’m walking you through how we prioritize and decide on these expenditures.
