Yann has over 15 years of international corporate experience, her deep knowledge of Social and Emotional Intelligence complements her highly-accredited training as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach. A child of Vietnamese refugees, she has overcome many challenges in her personal and professional life. As a first-generation immigrant, she often found herself in groups where no one looked like her. She struggled with balancing a demanding career and making space for people and passions that mattered to her. Adversity drove her to venture into her personal growth.
