I enjoyed the level of insight the author has acquired about female environment both external and internally

I liked the amount of research that obviously went in to this book, it is a huge amount of statistics combined with stories and interviews which makes it more believable what she is saying. Great author who I want to read more from and it was perfectly narrated, comfortable tonal inflection throughout.

A Must-Read For All Women

Best narrative nonfiction book I've read about women's health and well being in a looong time. Hazard's reporting prowess, deep insights, lyrical storytelling, unique perspective and down-to -earth narration make this book a joy to listen to. I'm going to buy a hard copy, too, because this is a book I will turn to again and again--as a woman, as a writer and as a champion of the wild feminine.
