Wow this book went in a direction that I defiantly did not expect. Lucia Ashta is a new author to me & she has really created an epic world in this book. Bridget & Jake Bordeaux do an amazing job of bringing this story to life. Seriously, some of the accents that they due for this dual narrated audiobook is chefs kiss.
This shifter paranormal romance has such a different take on shifters & others in the paranormal world then I have seen in other stories. There is sadly no heat in this book, but I have high hopes for future books. But even without direct steamy scenes between the two main characters, there is still plenty of build up in this book. Naya & Bruno have some serious chemistry, even for just meeting.
I definitely will be starting book 2 asap!

Good start
I'm not a big 3rd person kind of reader but having amazing narrators like B and J helped me connect to the story and characters.
This is a slow burn story but it has me wanting to know what's gonna happen next with these characters.

Intriguing shifter story
The fate of the werewolves is in her hands. All she has to do is stay safe and procreate. Easy right.
Things aren’t always as they seem and every time you look something changes. I enjoyed this audiobook. The story line is intriguing and there are a few surprises along the way. This shorter listen is was just the perfect amount of time for a day at work with breaks and interruptions. :)
Narrators killed it. They took so many accents and threw them into this book amazingly.

I wish I could give this less than 1 star..awful
This book was drawn out pointlessness. A badly compose shallow story with no real action and endless rambling from both main characters, even the villain was boring. I am getting my credit back. Buyer beware you'll get up to chapter 15 and still nothing really happens in the book...so annoyed!
