The best Anger management tool
This is a book that I have suggested several times, and I will continue to do so. I believe that absolutely everyone ought to hear it. I, like with a great number of other people, didn't believe I had an anger management issue. At its root, any negative emotion, such as pain, humiliation, betrayal, impatience, aggravation, etc., may be summed up as anger. In our lives, we may all benefit from experiencing fewer negative emotions and more pleasant ones. If you pay attention to what is being said and internalise it, I guarantee that you will be successful in both areas.

A definite must those struggling with anger issues
I have never really been an angry person, most people describe me as chill person. But I do have a son that does have anger issues, and I feel better knowing that there are Audiobooks like this out there, he doesn't really like to read a book so this will be perfect for him. I love the area on better understanding the triggers that are associated with someone dealing with anger issues. I have seen it first hand in just trying to have a conversation with my son. A lot of what is said in here really does come into play in the real world.
Learning how to deal with these issues and not being manipulated by others, my son fell victim of that by so many. I will say that I do have a much better relationship with my son over the years, It is healthier, his sense of overall well being is way better. I really believe that this audiobook will benefit those struggling with anger and how to better manage it. A great job to the author for giving us something that is truly needed in todays society.
