Acerca de esta escucha
Mated werewolves Charles Cornick and Anna Latham must discover what could make an entire community disappear - before it's too late - in this thrilling entry in the number-one New York Times best-selling Alpha and Omega series.
In the wilds of the Northern California mountains, all the inhabitants of a small town have gone missing. It's as if the people picked up and left everything they owned behind. Fearing something supernatural might be going on, the FBI taps a source they've consulted in the past: the werewolves Charles Cornick and Anna Latham. But Charles and Anna soon find a deserted town is the least of the mysteries they face.
Death sings in the forest, and when it calls, Charles and Anna must answer. Something has awakened in the heart of the California mountains, something old and dangerous - and it has met werewolves before.

Love the Briggs-Graham combo!
I have always enjoyed Patricia Briggs' books and enjoy even more Holton Graham bringing them to such clear near IMAX reality (is there an IMAX equivalence to narration?)

Wild Sign
I am not surprised a new reader would give Bran an accent. After all the Mercy books and so far the Anna and Charles books, Bran sounds one way and now he sounds different.
So there is a change after nearly 20 or so books. Maybe I just don’t like changes.

Love it! As all Alpha and Omega
Wow! Great to hear more about Lea's story. The narration gives it extra ummph. Anna was really bad ass🙂

Lame
So far the least interesting part of the series. Stumbling into a Lovecraftian horror did not do the story any good. Also it becomes rather obvious from the moment the Pan flute is mentioned. It added nothing to the main heroes story development.
