BEST book I've read by Melanie Summers!

This book has EVERYTHING! Humor, romance, tension, personal growth, family, indignation, and did I mention humor? I honestly laughed through every chapter, yet it was heartfelt & swoonworthy worthy.

Good narration.

I can't wait to read the next Paradise Bay book. This series is great!

Surprisingly sweet Story

I honestly had no idea where the story was going, but I’m glad I kept listening. It is a delightful romantic comedy that will make you smile.

Wait for it………

I have to say I read the first book of this series and I felt so happy listening to it! I really enjoyed the first one (The Honeymooners)! I was excited to listen to the second book of the series, this one, but I almost gave up at the beginning because it starts with some reviews of a fantasy book and movie series as if read on air, or someone read aloud, one after the other. It was so slow and it felt like a needle on an album on a turntable, skipping, repeating the same thing over and over. I decided to quit the book but skipped ahead a few chapters to see how long that would last and it was people talking again, so I figured out where that began and started there! It’s not as good as the first one in my opinion. It’s ok. The performers/narrators were very good though, and I was happy with the ending fortunately or it would’ve been a waste of time listening.

I lovvvveeeeeeddd it!!! They are the cutest couple and I’m loving the play on Game of Thrones! I was so hoping for another book on Pierce and Emma but I know Melanie’s next book will be equally amazing!

I really didn't understand the first few pages. I am not sure if someone was texting or what. After chapter 1 was announce it was fine. Cute story. The narration was really very well done.

Beach Read

I listened to the first two of this series. The stories were cute and the characters were interesting. The male narrator sounded a bit old for the character.

Love this book for all the beautiful scenes and the stories of the different characters. A great story of family and love.

Different

The series has been cute. It gets a little too emo for me with the teen angst kind of maturity with the arguing. But overall I like the rest of how she writes her characters. I personally like it enough to keep going through the series.
