Long awaited final push

I've heard about the benefits of early mornings, always wanted to do them, and occasionally I succeeded, never deliberately. For me the struggle was always to fall asleep, because there was so much to do before I go to bed. I listened to this book as I was cleaning my apartment, and since it was already 10:30 when I finished, I decided to just do it and go to bed, not my usual - up until midnight. I actually woke up earlier and, went for a run. I managed to run a 5k, have a long shower and a slow breakfast. I had a fantastic morning and I am hooked! I really feel how much I've needed this in so many ways, and how just a shift in a few hours is going to affect my life, and I love it! So thank you, for giving me the final push :)

168 hours is much better...

To be honest, the book was a bit too short for my taste and seems to have recycled much of the content from Vanderkam's book 168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think. But at least it's a quick, easy read and can serve for some additional motivation and ideas when you need them.
