Einfach schön, auch für die warme Jahreszeit
Ich muss sagen, dieses Hörbuch hat mich wirklich überrascht. Die Geschichte rund um Holly und Kai ist einfach nur schön erzählt und hat mich direkt in die richtige Stimmung für die kalte Jahreszeit versetzt. Besonders die Art und Weise, wie die beiden Sprecher, Yeşim Meisheit und Nicolás Artajo, die Charaktere zum Leben erwecken, hat mir gut gefallen. Sie schaffen es, die unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und Emotionen perfekt rüberzubringen.
Holly wirkt mit ihrer fröhlichen und chaotischen Art sofort sympathisch, während Kai als grummeliger Restaurantbesitzer das perfekte Gegenstück bildet. Die Dialoge zwischen den beiden sind witzig, und man spürt richtig, wie sich die Spannung langsam aufbaut. Auch wenn man vielleicht schon ahnt, wie es ausgehen könnte, bleibt es bis zum Schluss spannend.
Und ehrlich gesagt, habe ich die Geschichte einfach nur genossen. Ich konnte voll und ganz mit den Charakteren mitfühlen und wollte das Hörbuch am Ende gar nicht ausschalten.
