Overall, A Good Read
There are some good nuggets in here. Although sometimes this book gets monotonous. Regardless, I think the speaker did as good as it could have been done.
Like most things in life, you're not going to need everything. Take what fits you and discard the things that don't apply to you. Yes, I recommend this book.

great book
this book had some points i enjoyed, some points i let go as they didnt apply to me, and some points that i loved. last 15 minutes of the book was one of my favorite sections for sure.
