This lil side story...
While we are in that Dark Protectors world- it’s not centered on the main characters from the series. Not saying the mentions aren’t there and the Viking is in it for a sec but really it’s a side story like the ones earlier have been. On a side note- I hope that CeeCee helps rob a bank in one of the next ones...

I love this world!
I love this series. There is just something about the way Rebecca Zanetti tells a story that draws me in. I know this is book 9.5 in the Dark Protectors series but I really wanted this book bad. I know that I should have read Demon's Mercy first to have an overall idea on what is happening but again I was impatient.
I loved seeing Uncle Benny, but just Benny in this story, show up. I think that he is a wonderful character and I am excited for him to get his book. I am glad that you got to meet Noah. I am looking forward in finding out how big the Kyllwood clan really is. I also loved Ivar. I am looking forward to finding out more about Tabby as well. I really want to know how many demoness are in the world at this time.
I loved Abby and Noah's relationship. He was not pushy when it came to courting her. He let her take the lead in order for her to be comfortable enough to be with him. I loved the action scenes and this book had some moments where I laughed out loud. I am glad that this series is continuing because if this ended I would be sad.

I just wish it was longer!
As with ever story, in this series, I loved every minute! It was full of action and passion and even a bit of humor. My only complaint is that it was too short!
