original valmiki ramayan - abridged version
Good one to start with before reading the detailed valmiki ramayan. Liked the last two. chapters, one about the author/poet maharshi valmiki, and one chapter on Sanskrit quotes from valmiki ramayan.

Some parts are derivative by speaker
Overall good. Some portions are not “as-is” but seems to be derivative by speaker and either incorrect or incomplete. Some important events are missing e.g. Laksham Rekha

This is not the story of Valmiki Ramayan but interpretation by author
I don’t recommend as Valmiki Ramayan. It should be the story written by Valmiki as title suggest. In this audiobook lot of important details were missed. In the last part, the author gave his interpretation. I was expecting the story by Valmiki and as reader, I should have privilege to interpret
