Enlightening , detailed and positive outcome



I found the book to be extremely enlightening. I feel more confident in understanding myself and my struggles and feel more hopeful that I will be able to better my life. The reader (also the author) is engaging and pleasant to listen too. The material is thorough and detailed, with both examples and actual techniques to try. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who is or believes they are facing social anxiety in their life.

informative and straight forward

I found it to be very informative, i listened to it careful before i gave it to my Sun who is very shy.he is in his 20th, he has very hard time going out there after graduation from college to fins a decent Job, he is very afraid of being rejected, he listened and informed me that here learned many steps that he will be taken to get over his Social Anxiety situation. i thought that is very good step to take, i am glad i bought this Audiobook.

Author true life challenge with Shyness

There is a quote in the book that really zeroes in on why overthinking can be changed
I also really like the takeaways at the end of each chapter. And the repetition has a purpose.
The techniques mentioned offer variety for everyone. They may not be universally applicable for everyone but these are all options. The 4As are a tool that I think will help me.
The message I got from this book is that overthinking is something that anyone can address

i can relate to the Author experience

well inform Social Anxiety Audiobook
As someone who has experienced social anxiety firsthand, I find the author's words and personal experiences deeply relatable. While it is true that social anxiety largely stems from the mind, resetting your thoughts to conquer it can be challenging.
