It's important to know the history of where the Bible comes from. People tend to blindly follow or are completely misinformed about the historicity and accuracy of the Scriptures. The author did a lot of research into the origins, how it was put together, and how it has been preserved throughout the years. Aside from the history, the author dives into the relationship between the various authors and God, who inspired them to write these texts. The blend of facts and story made this listen overall engaging and relatable. At first, I thought a man should have narrated it since the author mentions his family, but the narrator did a great job and kept it entertaining.
