way better than I thought it would be, such a good listen I enjoyed it very much. the only thing I didn't like was the ending its a complete and uter cliff hanger I mean come on what happens? does he come back? do they get married? I need more!!!

An exciting read that will make you swoon.
The plot and magical world are fabulous. The moments of suspense are so satisfying and perfectly intense. The people were the best part. I loved the characters! Yamnitz does a great job with the character development of Princess Beatriz. I enjoyed how I could see her changing before she even realized it was happening. The male characters are adorable…even the gruff ones. The villain is just the right balance of “love to hate him.” I will definitely be sending this book to my 15-year-old niece.
