Everything was laid out so simple even a beginner can understand

I love the way this book was laid out. The idea of getting into real estate is something I’ve always been interested in but have too intimidated with where to get started. This book goes step-by-step in a very beginner-friendly way to where I feel more confident taking that first step!

Helpful and accessible info

This book has super helpful tips for all stages of owning rental properties. It gave easy and straightforward advice that I often hadn’t thought of before. It was also nicely narrated. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone thinking of owning rental properties.

A very good guide

The 10 steps structure keeps it simple no weird jargon, just practical tips on marketing, budgeting, and managing projects. The team building chapter was solid; real estate is not a solo sport. Some parts felt a bit repetitive, but overall, if you’re new to this game, it’s a good starting point. Narrator was kinda bland, but the content makes up for it.

Possibly the most comprehensive book on the subjec

I am a 20+ years Flipper/landlord/ seller. I went from 30K/year to being a (wayyy) over millionaire(and I haven't even sold everything yet). Everything Dustin says in this book is 100% on target. That said, many may be able to be successful without taking all he says into consideration. But if one does 'check all the boxes' the risk of failure drops significantly.
I started flipping, became a landlord when the 1998 'liers-loan' crash happened, but survived, am now exiting by selling my inventory. Yes, follow these steps and you WILL be successful.
Oh, thumbs-down on the narrator. Zilch on personality or enthusiasm. When I was buying, fixing up, selling it was the most exciting time of my life. I was SUCCESSFUL, I was FULL of enthusiasm, I was on FIRE. NOTHING could stop me.
And. I did it all honestly and with ethics.
Get, read this book. Read or listen to it again, you will pick up things you missed the 1st time. It will be time well spent.
