I absolutely love this book

This book is a prodigious means for anyone who is studying during this time period. This is a great resource to have on hand. Plus I just like looking through it and seeing what events happen on certain date.

Good Book.

Easy to read and pleasurable, very well documented and tempting to know further about the history of England and Scotland. The style of writing was fluid and made for enjoyable reading.

A nice effort by the author.

This book is the author's attempt to present the famous Tudor dynasty shown of myth and legend. Accordingly he provides a fresh look at these mostly famous English rulers. Beginning with Henry Tudor, and ending with Elizabeth I. Along the way the author focuses on Henry VIII who was responsible for a brutal legacy that was extremely bloody and left the country bankrupt.

Decent overview of the Tudor Dynasty

The subject matter always interesting for me, and as a free it always attractive. I was satisfyingly surprised while I was listening to it! While not elegantly written, it does deliver a high quality outline of the period in an easy to read and entertaining format.

Tudor life from royalty to commoner.

The contents of the book are comprehensive, nothing happened in isolation. I especially like the long descriptions presented by the author.

British regal history

For anyone interested in British regal history, this is a must. There is tremendous detail as to the administration of the kingdom and the roles of such as The Privy Council and the King's Secretary etc.

A top guide to the tudors.

If you are a history buff, try this another great book from captivating history. Their series is great.

I found it very supportive and informative

A comprehensive history that defines the mortality of England’s royal line. Very interesting and easy to understand and follow. I activated it in order to check the precision of some other books and videos I was reading and watching.

The Whole Tudors

This book, narrated by the late Robin Sachs, is fantastic. As a narrator, no one else is as good except Simon Vance. The contents of the book are comprehensive, covering Henry VII improbable rise to king through his son, the most infamous Tudor and continuing with all three of his children this book gives you the complete story.

Not happy with narrator

The narration was very poor but the content was great. That’s why I kept listening. The narrator sounded robotic and mispronounced a kit of words. It was almost painful at times. They could have done a much better job and the book would have been totally transformed.
