Inspirational
I really enjoyed this memoir! And the narrator's voice was very pleasant. Almost every chapter had me on the edge of my seat. She mentions her Journey with God but I think even people who don't believe in a God would really appreciate this book. Her Journey is amazing and so inspiring. She is extremely open about EVERYTHING. As a women just starting a small business I really appreciated her sharing what mistakes she made and all the little business tips!

If you want to be reminded of resilience and move forward from a chapter in your life….
There is plenty of books out there about survival and resilience however this one really touch my heart, it reminds to have faith and believing in yourself. Tu is a wonderful woman, mom and daughter that had the courage to tell her story and I think that is very powerful because it will impact the readers view on their own life. Sometimes we stay in our sorrows way too long. More than we should. Her life story will motivate you to move to the next chapter in your life no matter where you are.
