This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Somebody that loves listening to disease descriptions.
Has Truckers' Road to Health turned you off from other books in this genre?
I have purchased another cd on the topick that was very good, just not this one.

Boring!
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
This book is read as a monotonous script of different medical topics. There is no inflection in the voice whatsover and it literally puts you to sleep. Most of the topics do not pertain specifically to what a trucker needs and the health problems we have.
What could the authors have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Give better advice and find a different reader.
Would you be willing to try another one of Geordie McNeil and Nina Baez ’s performances?

Even a lot of the advice was poor. Like for losing weight - eat low fat, restrict calories, etc.
We now know that it's the CARBS you eat, not fat, that causes fat. Do not waste $15.00 on this book.
