Great read

This book is great from beginning to end. Full of suspense never a dull moment.

Well written & well narrated

Terry Goodkind can certainly craft a gripping story, people with indelible characters. This one is tight and quickly paced and Angela is a fascinating creation. He’s managed to merge horror, detective fiction, social drama, with his trademark fantasy, but in a subtle way, with Angela’s strange talent for seeing more in the eyes of a killer than just rage or fear. I wish Goodkind were still around to take this series further.

Elizabeth Rogers did a brilliant job narrating this piece, giving it every ounce of life & emotion it needed and deserved. Bravo!

Great Story

I wish it was longer. Great characters and the narrator does a fantastic job, puts you right into the scene of the story & makes you feel the emotions the character is experiencing.

Love the Character

Love the Character, she has a very strong presence and her abilities, make her very fascinating. This short story is a little predictable but looking forward to more of Angela Constantine!

Attention Getter

I loved the plot and the character. Elisabeth Rodgers is an excellent narrator and perfect for this character. Can’t wait to listen to the rest of the series.

Gripping

For a short novella it was pretty darn good. it was compelling, thrilling and warm-hearted.

I'm moving next to listen to it's companion book about Angela's upbringing.

Very different from other Terry Goodkind's stuff.

Great lil short story.

Found the book because I’ve been following the narrator. Pretty good lil read. I’ll be moving on to the next two in the serries.

Narrator’s voice was perfect! Her voice kept up the excitement!

Didn’t want it to end, it was so exciting. I will look for another by this author.
