The cute and chronically shedding

The author starts the book by discussing that his first meeting with one of these beautiful creatures was when he met a police dog! He learnt so much about their temperaments and traits, and you can tell by his words that he immediately fell in love. It’s so refreshing to listen to a book written by someone who cares so deeply about the cute and chronically shedding creatures! Big takeaway from this book: Make sure you want a dog that wants to be with you all the time! And when you start playing with them (throwing a ball, etc) they will not want to stop playing LOL. I love German Shepherds and really enjoyed this book. It’s also true what the author says: If you go out walking with your German Shepherd, people will either adore them or be terrified of them, but it’s our job as dog owners to make sure that people know that our beautiful dogs are safe and friendly–which they are! But owners must educate themselves about their unique traits!. Which is why this book is so helpful.

A Must-Have for New German Shepherd Owners

This guide has been a lifesaver since I brought home my German Shepherd puppy. It covers everything from the breed's history to health tips, but the training section is what I found most helpful. The potty and crate training advice made the process so much easier, and the tips for dealing with separation anxiety were spot on. What an excellent book for training your German Sheppard puppy! I’ve never had a German sheppard and knew very little about them. After listening to this book I have vast knowledge and understanding of German sheppards and would recommend this to those looking for easy tips and tricks for training them!

My brother got a German Shepherd puppy without much preparation, and I (the older, wiser brother) immediately got this book to help give him advice. He's going to have to get a copy himself, because WOW this is an exhaustive resource for how to create a good boy. Truly everything you might need. Wow. Great narration too.

I recently listened to the audiobook "Training Guide for New German Shepherd Owners," and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. It is greatly-written

German Shepherds are one of my favorite dogs and I have always dreamed of owning a smart, loyal and energetic German Shepherd. Finally last week we adopted a 3 month old German Shepherd and he is really so adorable. Through this book I am working on how to raise a healthy, happy and well behaved German Shepherd. This book contains everything I need to know about puppy training, including house, potty and crate training, leashes, recall and separation anxiety. I highly recommend this book.
