Acerca de esta escucha

Are you looking for shatterproof inner peace? Amplified self-awareness? A massive strategic advantage in this game we call life? Tracking Our Inner Animal is the beginning of a clearly marked trail. A trail toward an elevated perspective of yourself, your family, of your world. Toward commanding your own mental health. Toward processing and healing long-carried emotional baggage and trauma. A path to knowing not only who you are, but also, WHY you are.

Author Leslee Hall’s self-development manual will help you understand:

How to curate and maintain your own mental health and dig your way out of the depression sinkhole.

How to diagnose your environment with precision and understand the motivations behind behaviors.

How to recognize toxicity and narcissism from a safe distance.

How to release the stranglehold of blame and remain undrained by emotional vampires.

How to attract and keep attracting your partner, & how to love and be loved.

Tracking Our Inner Animal is a must-listen for anyone seeking conscious navigation through the chaos of our modern world. Take this book and take your first steps down the trail to self-realization, self-communication, self-forgiveness, and self-empowerment.

Definitely Next Level!

In Tracking Our Inner Animal: A Next Level Understanding Of What It Means To Be Human, Leslee Hall doesn’t just blur the line between humans and animals—he erases it with a knowing smirk and a heartfelt growl. This isn’t your average book about relationships; it’s a safari into the emotional wilderness, where instinct meets intellect.

Far from claiming expertise, the author positions himself as a fellow wanderer—more campfire storyteller than lecturer. Listening to his audiobook feels like you’ve stumbled into a conversation with the most self-aware zookeeper you’ve ever met. The real charm lies in his candid confessions, offering not just theories but his life as the experiment. He unpacks how primal impulses and societal expectations collide, while his narrative voice is equal parts reflective, raw, and wryly humorous.

This is a book for anyone who’s wrestled with their inner animal while trying to coexist in the human zoo of modern relationships. Expect to laugh, cringe, and nod along in recognition as you navigate through this jungle. It’s a must read!
