The CIA’s exfiltration of the Sheymovs is so brilliantly executed that the KGB is persuaded they are dead. So for years Sheymov and his unique expertise were available to the United States without the KGB’s being aware of it. Outstanding story; Outstanding narration. If you believe James Bond is real intelligence work and that's your expectation, then this book is probably not for you. If you are more grounded in reality, then you will love this story.
