Amazing

Tongue is an amazingly written character with so many layers, and I loved being able to see him find his "place". I don't want to give away anything. This was one of absolute favorites so far. I'm alittle disappointed seeing the author didn't continue with the next books on audible.though
.. Hopefully that will change

Good book

Well I need a new book about to see how the MC is doing. it was hard to hear all of what Tongue went through. The book is good, actually the series is good. worth the credit.😊

Of all the members of the Ruthless Kings MC, for me, it’s unhinged Tongue that stands above the rest with his ruthless dangerous personality, tortured body and damaged soul he certainly is the darkest and scariest of all the biker brothers. But Tongue’s entire world is wrapped up in, and entirely focused on, the only woman he’s sexually ever been with.. Daphne. The woman he’s obsessed by and would destroy the world to protect with a smile on his face.. Daphne. The woman he’d gladly give up his life for.. Daphne. The woman who sees the sensitive, fragile man beyond his scarred body and damaged soul that someone abused and tortured. The woman who isn’t afraid of the possessive Devil he is as he cuts out enemies tongues and feeds them to Happy his emotional support pet alligator. The woman who loves him unconditionally, supports him, understands him and is just as twisted, possessive and damaged as he is. Soul-mates.

This very addictive, unique and moving story picks-up where Tongue’s Target left off with Tongue in the NOLA MC club desperately trying to get Daphne, and her memories, back. And, when Daphne hurts Tongue hurts, so he will do whatever it takes to heal his Comet, thirstily lick her wounds and avenge her suffering in the most brutal of ways. Through his unconventional love, patience and utter devotion their bond is being restored, their intense chemistry and very dark very hot sexual delights resume and the evil villain in the story will get the bloody torture he deserves. I think this story is the darkest in this compelling MC series so far with graphic torture scenes.. but, it’s also a beautifully twisted, raw, bitter-sweet, touching, intense love story that emotionally wraps you up in their need to reconnect and belong to one-another again.

Worth a credit? Yes, I really enjoyed this final part of Tongue and Daphne’s dual POV story.. but I warn you these characters have demons, it’s dark it’s twisted and it’s got tension and nasty torture. However, there’s light, some humor and supernatural scenes too. It was also great to reconnect with the preloved characters from other books in the series. And Joe and Maxine were the perfect pair to bring the characters, the feels, the freak, the fire, the sweet and the guts and glory to life.

Best one yet

The story was set in New Orleans chapter. Hex was hilarious! All of the men from that chapter were very unique characters. On to Tounge and Daphne, their love was sweet, rough, desperate, and all consuming. Tounge was by her side through it all. I will listen to this one again over and over.

Tongue is my Favorite!

I am so happy to finally hear the ending of Tongue and Daphne's story. Tongue is my favorite of the Ruthless Kings. His story is so touching and brilliantly written. He's a tortured soul, yet so innocent at the same time. Daphne is his perfect soul mate in every way possible.
The narrators make this book come alive.
