I liked that the author did not fill up the story with unimportant reminiscences and thoughts that were unimportant to the story just to use up space

Virtual Voice ruined it

The story seems like it would be excellent, but virtual voice is awful. It accentuates incorrectly & is impersonal, too robotic-like
