He went there!

Mr Martin sensitively, yet unapologetically, delved into scripture to show what d Bible says about those ‘controversial’ topics that have split believers and birthed incongruous denominations. From speaking in tongues to spiritual gifts, from healing to deliverance and casting out devils, it’s all there. But my biggest takeaway from this book is—don’t judge scripture by your experience. Exalt Jesus and His word above everything. And don’t give up just because your experience and scripture don’t align. Don’t quit. Keep pressing in and you will see.

Charles Martin is an incredibly talented author. I’ve listened to 3/4 of his works. Can’t wait for my next read!

Absolutely brilliant, I can’t get enough of Charles Martin writing and heart for Jesus Christ.

Inspirational book

A book everyone should read and follow. I give it a five star going to look for more books by Thomas Martin.

Probably one of the most thought provoking and challenging booksI have ever read and listened to.

A friend suggested I listen to Charles Martin “and they turned the world upside down”. I did and loved it so much I went out and bought a hardcopy. Then my friend, and I had a Bible study each week, taking a chapter and writing a goal we could take from the chapter. It was an excellent study even though so much was written in Mr. Martin storytelling style. Thank you, Mr. Martin for your comprehensive and illustrative study of Jesus’s life and of Acts of the apostles.

Love listening over and over

I love how the author retells the life of Jesus as if he was there. I can listen to it over and over again. It’s a casual and personal look at the greatest man that ever walked this earth. I’m completely impressed Charles Martin has won me over I’m a fan.

I encourage all Christian’s to read this book if they are new Christian’s or Christian’s who want to grow in their faith and what God has called us to do.

WOW!!

I have been listening to this book every other night, switching with "What If Its True", for the past 2-1/2 months. Charles Martin's love for Almighty God oozes throughout both of these books. I believe that both of these books are anointed by Holy Spirit. FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS. Each of us that are followers of Jesus Christ should give a copy of each of these books to our friends/family that are not believers. In fact every believer should have a copy. Thank you Charles Martin for being obedient to our ABBA.
