Great information for everyone to know

Although this book is brief, it is evident from beginning to end how much study went into it, and I learned a lot about how to improve gut health. I'm sure I'll find the insights and guidance offered to be quite helpful going forward, and I can't wait to share them with the women in my family.

This Audiobook introduces a number of new dietary regimens I hadn't heard of before to improve gut health, with different foods specifically tailored for the digestive tract of women, which I found to be incredibly valuable. Along with intake, this audiobook also covers what to avoid consuming to optimize bowel and gut function, which was awesome. The narrator was easy to follow, and the book was organized in a way that was easy to understand.

Finally End Bloating for Good

I’ve tried the teas, the fads, the gimmicks, and the quick fixes. Nothing works as well as the information presented in this book to get rid of bloating. I had no idea what an important role our gut health plays in our mood, immunity, and overall wellbeing before reading this book. Since incorporating the recommended gut-healthy foods, and more importantly, reducing and even eliminating some foods that were wreaking havoc for me (hello sugar), my digestion, sleep, and energy levels have never been better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to feel better, and end bloating for good!

Gut Energy!!!

What a great book that James Miller has written!!!. He found the right person to narrate it also in Rachael Doolen. The narration combined with the information kept my wife and i focused and on task listening. Great Job!!!

As we have aged my wife and i have been looking for ways to keep our vitality and have been exercising like 2 crazy people. However that hasn't given us the complete and total "fountain of youth". Recently we have turned our focus toward our diet. Obviously there is a connection of our diets to our health but thanks to this book we have learned of the connection to stress and sleep quality.

Mr. Miller gives easy to follow steps which we are incorporating into our daily lives to gain all of these results.

This is an excellent book that we highly recommend.

Very informative

A short but super informative book to help improve gut health.
I have suffered from ibs for many years and any tips are always gratefully received. There are definitely some strategies I have learned in this book that I can’t wait to put into practice
