Truly Heart Opening

I have read many spiritual books. I have been on my journey of awakening since I was a kid, (as we all have been!) This is one of the very best books I have ever experienced. ...Sometimes I really want to understand a book - but it's kind of over my head, so I have to listen several times to really get it. This book was not like that for me. Matt Kahn makes everything easy to understand. I can't even really explain how wonderful this book is - and how wonderful it made me feel. This book came to me at just the right time. I have been trying to learn how to love myself. Listening to this book one time taught me how to actually love myself. It just started happening naturally. I haven't had to specifically try - or do exercises to make it a habit - I just listened, with all my heart and mind, to Matt Kahn speak and the truth of loving myself blossomed. I am forever grateful for Matt Kahn, his life, his love, his teachings. He has significantly changed me forever.
I would say that I don't think this book is for beginners but don't let that stop you, if this book caught your eye! If you want to put into practice, being the loving being you've always wanted to be and truly raising your vibration, read this audio book!

This book is it. Absolutely lifechanging. My seeking is over and my healing has reached the tipping point where it is about to spill into the world as an explosion of love.

I have been on a long spiritual journey that lead to the study of surrender, letting go or what the buddhists call non-dualistic release of karma.
