WOW
What a perfect idea to have Tom Wopat narrate this book. His awesome voice brought life to all the characters.. I highly recommended this well written and perfectly performed audiobook audio book. I am a romantic at heart and this book hit the mark. Nicholas Sparks never disappoints. AWESOME story

I don't give many 5 star ratings. They are reserved for the truly wonderful books.
I've watched The Notebook many times, but never read the book. When I saw this book, I figured I had to read/listen to it. Beautiful! Now I need to go backwards and read The Notebook.

Excellent, except sound track
The story is excellent, as is typical for Nicholas Sparks. The narration is clear and engaging. The music underneath the entire narration, however, is most annoying.
