An adventure to sadly forget
Received as an audio review copy from Story Origin, this is an honest review. While beautifully narrated by Scott Allen, this book didn't live up to the extraordinary intense and gritty the first book of this was. I felt neither any emotional connection, especially to the character of Boone or to any of the unfolding circumstances in this story. It didn't feel like any of it mattered, even at the end.
