Unwanted Assistant

Very good book, if a bit heavy. Too much of it was spent on the anguish. Learning to love Jesus Christ was of huge importance to the overall story. Almost 5 out of 5 stars.

Realistic characters and topic

Loved the narrators and the story itself. Extremely relatable characters the narrators brought their emotions to life. Would love more audio books by this author.

This was great for my high school child for being clean. I also enjoyed it as an adult.

Absolutely loved, loved , loved this beautiful love story of Christian grace, growth & humility. Wonderful story of healing & love of the human spirit. Excellent narration also! Want to hear more from this author! P.S. the basketball backboard is called a backboard not a headboard, that needs to be corrected in the book!

Best book I have ever listened to by far!!!

I loved listening to this book... the storms we encounter in life are just a way the Lord is shaping up our future and walk with Him.....Thank for writing a story so settling and heart warming. The world needs more of this faith building and hope inspired books. 👍🤝🙏

Real emotions

Gripping story about loss and the courage it takes to be vulnerable again. Well narrated, not overly drawn out, and clean interactions between characters.

True Christina fiction

This book is one of the few that I have read this year that are true biblical, Christian books. It was a joy to read and such high-quality! I love the dual narration. This author only has one book available, and I seriously wish that there were more.

A great book to listen to!

The narration, by Em Eldridge and Cody Roberts, was unique to other books I’ve listened to. It made the characters come alive, as they read it! Though said to be a modern re-telling of Beauty & the Beast, I think it is even better than the fairy tale! Two people, both with their own insecurities and built-up emotional walls for self-preservation; but so in need of someone to truly love them. Follow their struggles, as they both grow into what God has for them. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would give it 10+!
