The political left wing leaning is kinda sick
Didn’t like the fact that this guy has such a bias left leaning preaching aspect that it makes it hard to listen to. I think the power he’s selling is way too biased. Not recommended unless you’re into one sided forced power.

Great Resource
This book is a great resource for managers or anyone wishing to have a leadership role.
Covering topics such as how to communicate, making personal connections, handling a crisis, the changing workplace, and sharing your power will benefit listeners at all levels in their careers. I found it informative and the author’s observations will lead to interesting discussions with others. I also thought the narrator did an excellent job.
