Simple ideas that actually improved how I feel
This audio book made something which seemed daunting appear simple to achieve. I liked the tips in this being straightforward and realistic rather than filled with things that I would never comply with. Most attention-grabbing for me was the mention of the exchanges of small meals weekly. That made it sound less overwhelming and more like something I could commit to. I have already noticed that I'm clearer headed and less brain fatigue after a day. If you need better concentration without needing to change your life, this seriously does the job.

Healthy brian and great advice
The author is correct; if we keep our minds active, like exercising, by continuing to read, it will keep both our minds and bodies active and strong. Physical activities keep our minds healthy, which in turn helps us live longer. I learned a little bit of this in school, but I never put it into practice due to homework and other family responsibilities. I should celebrate all my achievements so we can reward our efforts, and it will help our body and mind. This will eliminate stress and other concerns that slow down our progress. I love the audiobook and the narrator's voice.

It was shocking to learn the enormous impact diet can have on our mental performance. This book not only makes that connection it gives a list of small and simple weekly changes that will transform the average diet to help it strengthen and improve your brain’s performance. I like the way the author shows how to change your diet gradually in a way that fits into your life. The underlying philosophy of this book: making big dietary changes is best done in small, gradual steps over time makes it easy for anyone to follow. Good starting point for the first step
My husband’s had a bunch of health issues lately. After surgery, he kept gaining weight, then found out he has a fatty liver and a nodule in his lung. He’s been super foggy, forgetful, and honestly just not himself. This book helped us feel like we weren’t totally lost.
