It could be that my journey is more twisted than most, but if that is true, it’s what was necessary to prepare me to write. I savor and appreciate every moment now, even the ones I thought would destroy me.

I truly never thought I would never create this audiobook because I am a very private person. A conversation with the person I trust most in the world convinced me to change my mind. She convinced me my fans deserved to hear the story of just how the Bregdan Chronicles came to be.

You’ll learn about the day I decided to never write again and the bedridden period of my life that finally made me write my first book. You’ll learn about my years of living with a prejudiced family, enduring the bigotry and rioting of the Charlotte school system in the '60s and '70s, and my defiance that taught me the truth. You’ll learn the family secret that almost devastated me when I discovered it. You’ll learn just why I decided to write about the Civil War and Reconstruction. You’ll learn how long the Bregdan Chronicles will last. Maybe. I’m not sure I know!

I Loved getting to know you, Ginny

Turns out that Ginny and I are the same age. I was so lonely for my Bregdan fix that I bought this book. I thought "Ugh, some self aggrandizing author's long winded bio," but since I was so lonely for Ginny's style and Tiffany's voice, I went ahead and purchased this book. All I can say is that after listening I feel like we are kindred spirits, and friends. Ginny, you're the real deal. You own yourself. If I've learned one thing in this life of mine is that it's important to grow more honest about who I am as I age. Ginny, you have done this to such a fantastic degree, in spite of such crazy life-odds. One of the designations I've accrued in my life is as a Certified Life Coach, and I always am filled with delight when I run into someone who is a NATURAL Life Coach. That's you, Ginny. A coach for us readers, a coach for yourself and a coach to your amazing and glorious characters. Just this morning in the shower I listened to you talk about Bregdan meet ups and all I can say is HOW DO I PARTICIPATE???? I'm there in November, if I can find out how to be invited. :-) Ginny, your unconditional love makes this world a brighter place. Please keep the books coming.....even the ones about YOU! I feel cheated!

I feel like I got cheated. I purchased this as the "next" in a series that I've already invested a significant amount of money in. I wasn't expecting a biography of tge author. I feel like the purchasers should have been given more information about this and that it shouldn't have been advertised as the continuation of the series

What bs calling this Book 13 in the series

A chicken crap way of shoving ideological beliefs down everyone’s throat. I too feel cheated!!
