From battling sea monsters as the best fisher to facing forbidden magic as a wizard, Tom’s wishes always end in disaster. As he grows increasingly disgruntled with each failed life, his frustration mounts.
In the final episode, Tom, fed up with Nancy’s incompetence, wishes for his own death. However, in a shocking twist, Nancy’s bungled magic results in her own demise, leaving Tom to take her place as the new god.
Packed with humor, fantasy, and chaotic adventures, this novel is a lighthearted yet meaningful exploration of desires, choices, and the unpredictability of life—or in Tom’s case, multiple lives.
