Awesome!!
This is an awesome ending to an amazing story that I can't recommend enough. It takes a little while to make it through all 4 books but the payoff is worth it.

Repetitive
The only issue I had with this book was it seemed as if 90 percent of the story was the characters taking turns being captured and rescued.
Overall the book had a great story line. But, like I said there was to much capture and rescue attemps.

Yes
Who was your favorite character and why?
Elf Queen was my favorite as she showed strength but the book failed at giving her a happier ending then it could have
What does John Lee bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
As all good narration, he gives depth and understanding to the charterers
Any additional comments?
Lot of filler in the series that was plain boring in the description of scenery and the series could have been much more enjoyable without it and easily combined into three books

A solid and satisfying ending.
About 25 years ago a I was working on a barn at my grandparents house. Then a insert your phobia here) fell off the rafters and landed on me. I flew into the house scared witless and grabbed the first book off the shelf. It happened to be Scions of Shannara. I was enthralled and stayed up all night reading it. The story only got better from there. Talismans is a fitting end to this amazing story.
