This is the most ridiculous book I’ve ever read
The narrator reads super weird with weird sentence breaks like a robot. This is a 5 hour sales pitch to pay for the training. There are no meditation tips or tips of any kind. Don’t buy this. I’d rate it lower than one star if I could.
