Which gear we are in is decided by the electrical activity in our brain. Most of the time, most of us are engaged in Beta gear.
But your brain has another gear. A higher gear - called Alpha. Alpha has a slightly slower pulsation rate than Beta. In other words, if Beta is like driving a car in third gear, Alpha squeals the tires in sixth gear!

It gets your stories and then gives you a task great way to learn how to meditate
Meditation, some that we all should learn not too many people know how to teach it. This was a very, very good audiobook to learn how to.

I have the CDs - each excediste, etc should be easy to find
I was excited to get this on audible as I have the CDs and love them but wanted to have them handy so that I would listen to them more often. The problem with this audible version is that you can only hear each chapter all at once, You can’t easily look for an exercise that you want to do again as the chapters don’t show separated tracks. Such a pity. Will look for other Silva audiobooks on audible hoping that they are better organized.
