I loved this story. Short and sweet with a surprise pregnancy, this was the perfect way to spend an afternoon!

Great Light-Hearted love

I loved how light-hearted this book felt. Cassandra and Nasir make a sweet wonderful couple when one of them isn't fighting it and I loved their love story. Roberto did an amazing job narrating this story.

Great sweet love story!

This is the second book in the Azhar Sheikhs Series, but this book can be listening as a standalone. I like sheikh's stories. I like the two main characters, Cassandra and Nasir. This story is sweet with some steamy scenes and with a HEA ending. This book is as good as expected. Leslie North is a really good author, who know how to build a good love story. Roberto Scarlato's voice is very great and easy to listen. I can't wait to listen to the third book in the Series.

Nasir & Cassandra

I always know when I start to listen to one of Leslie North's "Sheikh" books that Im going to be transported to a world very different from the one I inhabit total escapism is what you usually get.

In this case the story is based in the US so not so much of a great escape but still very enjoyable. The two main characters meet at the wedding of one of Cassandra's successful matchings, she's a matchmaker. Nasir is the eldest son of a very wealthy family, he is blessed with both money and good looks, he is also, shall we say cursed with a mother who wants hm married a.s.a.p? To that end she has signed him up with a matchmaking service to find him a wife!

Cassandra and Nasir are instantly drawn to each other and have a fantastic night of hot sex, then a further date, they are perfect together and Nasir wants to let their relationship run its course to see where it leads them but because of long time hang ups in Cassandra's past and the fact that Nasir has been signed up as a client only days after their first encounter she refuses all his advances.

I'm not going to say anymore because I don't want to spoil your enjoyment with 'spoilers' but this is a really well written story with excellently matched characters which flows really well and ends on a lovely note with a beautifully written HEA. The narration by Roberto Scarlato is very well done and for me hit just the right note.

Good Short Story

I was given this review copy via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This story is a one night stand between two people who are fated to be together. The lady is a matchmaker and suddenly her client is the one that she must find a match for. The man does not want anyone but her. then a baby comes into the mix and a mother who wants what she wants. How does it end. This short story ends well. The narration was good and moved the story along.

Loved the story and I’m really enjoying this series. Can be listened to as a stand-alone. Loved Nasir’s story and Cassandra is perfect for him. Great narrator! I received a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Destined to become a classic.

Cassandra is the mythical princess trapped in a tower of her own making. Nasir is the besotted white knight determined to set her free and Leslie North is the orchestrator of this ethereal modern turn on a bewitching genre. It's impressive when an author tries something new and pulls it off. Hands down, my favorite of Ms. North's tales to date.

I requested to review the first book but I didn’t score it, but this second makes me sorry I missed it! As silly as the titles are, they’re pretty fun to listen to. Nasir meets Cassandra at a wedding reception but has to leave. When they meet again, the sparks are there for a spicy hook-up. Cassandra then finds out she’s been contracted to be his professional matchmaker, a service setup by Nassir’s mother. Professional conduct prohibits their dating and it soon becomes a big problem.

Roberto Scarlato is quickly becoming one of my favorite narrators. Love his voice.

The voice for this book just drew you in and made you not want to stop listening. The voice from this book was sex on a stick.
